About Jessica
Jessica Eberley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the founder of HRT Solutions(2016) and Equality Careers(2023). With wide-ranging Human Resources experience and deep roots in Talent Acquisition & University Relations, Jessica’s accomplishments span a variety of industries, including Retail, CPG, and Hospitality. Not surprisingly, her top career accomplishment is in the realm of talent acquisition: hiring and building the team at HRT Solutions.

While working with a client at HRT Solutions, Jessica realized that there was not a reliable place for employers to directly reach the LGBTQIA+ Community and decided that if the space didn’t exist she would create it. With the help of her team and the team at RedTree Web Design, Equality Careers was created with a mission to create a welcoming and inclusive job board that connects the LGBTQIA+ community and allies with progressive employers that are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

A fun fact about Jessica is that she once ran at the Pittsburgh Pirate game as Sauerkraut Saul.
